I used a Canon 350d with a 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro lens. Also, a 580EX II flash. I used manual settings, F-11, 1/200sec, ISO 200. It was taken hand-held, manual focus. I didn't quite catch all the grub cause I couldn't get down low enough in the space it was in! :-)
