Friday night is the anticipation of every nine-to-fiver and school
kid; its what we wait for all week. It is when the individual -
young or old, black or white, rich or poor, man or woman - defines
himself/herself through association, not necessarily along the lines
of familial or professional strata, but each according to his/her own
social choices. The photographer's intent is to visually examine the
conceptual essence of the weekly entity known as Friday night.
