We've all been there, or are headed there, or will wake up one day when we
least expect it and find ourselves there. Some have fought their way back
from it, while others were simply swallowed up and forgotten because of it.
And since everybody knows that all people, places and things good and bad
must eventually arrive there, this week's mandate is,
