Traffic moves around the city both above and below ground. A series of tunnels, some narrow and one-way, others wide and two-way, cross the city. Many streets, above and below ground, are lined with parked vehicles. Parking spaces are found by luck and experience so visitors are often frustrated by the parking situation. It's often best to park at the first available space regardless of location and take a taxi or walk to your destination.
