You have captured a beautiful moment beautifully. If it were mine, I would cut all the dark stuff from the right, put your beautifully focused reflection of the tower in the sweet spot (drawing the eye away from the blownout overbrightness of the sun) and then obliterate the unaesthetic puddles into deep dark blackout.
If you decide to do that, show me!!! It would be a pleasure to see. (Sunset is such a precious tween time.)
