Great pixs. Received from a friend of mine to display on Pbase. Original source of photos before the Pearl Harbour photos, not known.
Hard to believe the Pearl Harbour pix were just recently found in an old foot locker and were able to be developed.
For all photography and history buffs, these are incredible photos !!!

Went there 3yrs ago, All day bus tour, still not enough time to see the whole area, Control tower by airfield left as it was, still red/white paint, windows shot through, bullet marks still on it. Bought back two spent bullets in protective case, dredged up in sea around area with history were they were found.

cool pics but certainly didn't come from one Brownie Box camera. The owner would have had to be on ship, on shore and on land to get all these pics and they were taken from too many different angles. Doesn't add up. But like I said, cool pics just the same.

Thanks for the obsevation Jim. I have corrected the intro beause I thought the same thing myself after displaying the photos and looking through them. Interesting all the same.

Unfortunately the BS meter is off the charts on this one. Does anyone think it odd that in order for the story to be true the photographer would have to be on the Japanese side, the Italian side and the German side for these to have been taken as well as be a sailor, soldier and airman? Also some of the pictures are gun camera footage or airborne pictures while a couple are in color--huh? Finally a number of these pictures have been in books 30 years ago. The pictures are good but the story has as much credibility as honest politicians
