Looks like the legs of a crab spider & it will trap that bee in an instant given the chance...they are so swift & the bee doesn'ytstand a chance.

<http://www.pbase.com/laine82/image/25304420 looks a lot like the Amegilla, Sheila. Those bands aren't as blue as the one in my shot but perhaps this is an imature bee or maybe certain times of the year it's bands are bluer. Great macro though.
