Beautiful photo Sheila. We have them naturalized along the road verge and self-seeding
in the garden, on the paths etc.. but this one looks like it has superior breeding.

Your Scabiosa is just fine, ours however have been lashed with the wind and rain and consequently are not too impressive.
Can't make my mind up though which is the better of the two pics I've seen, the Scabiosa or the Australian Dandelion, I think the Dandelion may just have the edge :-))
