The Ixus is an amazing little camera (my husband now has mine)and it was my introduction to digital photography. I had a G2 for four months but really wanted to get an SLR again. I love the D60 and am not a bit interested in the 10D which is almost half the price! I didn't know that the blue ringed octopus was residing at Long Reef. I won't go barefoot in future!

Your shots are fantastic! It's so nice to see someone with an eye for the scene such as yours. What attracted me to this image was that I was there only yesterday with my wife trying to find some Octopus to Photograph with my IXUS 400 http://www.pbase.com/image/16216716). Your shots are simply luminous. I love your sky scenes immensely. I'd love a D60 although I have an EOS 30 to use. Not nearly as versatile though. Good luck!
