Photojournalism doesn't get any better than this. You have captured so many human emotions here: empathy; generosity; shame; relief; embarassment; to love for fellow man.
P.S. When those "street" elitists tell you that it isn't "street" to shoot at 300mm just know that you could not have gotten this incredible shot with their 28mm or 35mm lens. I shoot 200mm and 300mm all the time for this very reason.
