I'd like to say this is a straight shot but it's not :-)
It's an image of Sheffield Lyceum which has been cropped (heavily) and the perspective skewed in PS.
Add to that a small tweak in levels and a touch of saturation and voila!

For me this is about the symmetry, the contrasting colors of red and white and the wonderful shapes.Beautiful image.

shhh... we wouldnt have known.... I like how the red parts of the buildings contrast so well, including the small pieces around the detail at the top
