The center of the Basillica was the Santa Case, located at the main altar in a series of images, i.e. IMG_0823.jpg to IMG_0866.JPG.

The four sides of The Santa Casa represented the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Arrival of the Santa Casa at Loreto and the Nativity of the Virgin respectively.
