After passing city of Moab from the south on freeway 191 for several miles, the Park Station entrance was a short turn-off from the freeway on the right. As our vehicle came into park in an uphill slope, the terrain started to change, small hills became more colossal, then great walls of solid rocks opening up the landscape and were stacked straight up from both sides of the road, they were standing alone by themselves supporting from it own footing, and towering toward the blue sky. An awesome sight to see in the 20 mile of one-way driving .

Human scale became minuscule in the land of the giants, a place of magnificent earthly formation as the terrain prepared visitors for more wonders as our vehicle went further into the park into the world of Jurassic Park. Each of areas of interest was unique in their own landscape and rock formation.
