One of the best PADs I have seen! Every picture here brings something to ones eye, heart or mind. Can't understand why the gallery is a bit fogotten - it does not deserve this! V.

Hi Stan, the fast burst mode works on Program mode but not Auto. It won't work if you have the flash on. Nothing works on Auto, I suggest shooting in Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority or Manual to get the best exposures.

OUTSTANDING PHOTOS........

I recently purchase the FZ 5, and I have one question concerning th burst mode.

It does not appear that the fast burst mode (3 frames per second) works on the P and A mode. Is that normal or is my camera malfunctioning??

Thanks, John. I am new to Pbase and even newer to PAD. The PADers here looked like they were having so much fun, I decided to try it out. I am sure it will encourage me to carry my camera more and see photo opportunities that I may have missed before. I am enjoying the work of the many talented people on this site.

It looks like you're new to Photo-a-Day, so welcome aboard and I hope you enjoy it. I only started PaD here fairly recently myself and I don't post every day, but it's good incentive to take photos and see what others are up to. The more you comment, the more you'll get back in return, if that's what you want.
