Great branch, glorious light and an animal you may not get to see even after three trips to Africa (ask me). At least not well enough for a good shot.
About the other 20 or 30 frames, It would not surprise me the he jumped out two seconds later after that with no opportunity for more. It is as if they know!!!!! They are not very photographers' friendly animals. They are "very" solitary and do not tolerate any crowds nearby!
