Welcome, it's Graphics Challenge #109! This weeks theme is The Color Blue.
The idea is to create an image using at least three different blue elements
. Use your imagination and get a little creative, no just throwing three blue things
on the canvas and calling it done. Most of all, have fun!

Using PSE4 and my Wacom pen & tablet, I made a quick sketch of a girl. I added a
Pagoda to the background and lowered the opacity then added a background
texture using a grunge brush. I made the quick sketch into a Chinese girl by using
various brushes, a couple of filters, the paint bucket, the smudge tool and the spot healing brush.
