Welcome, it's Graphics Challenge #99! This week we're going to let you Design a T-shirt with a
slogan or logo. We have provided a starting image to use. You might want to try some color or tie-dye
while your at it, but most of all have fun with it!

This is my Beatles T-shirt. I used the image supplied, added a mannequin head (I drew a pony tail on
the head), a Beatles picture and put Beatles lyrics in the background. I used Artistic Filters,
Brush Strokes Filters, the Smudge Tool and various Effects. PSE4 was used to make this image.
