Welcome to Graphics Challenge #97! This week we are going to try our hand at photo retouching with a Digital Makeover.
Iron out some wrinkles, hide a blemish, or even change hair color. We'll leave the makeup to you. There are two starting

Using PSE4, I did a make-over on the girls with various filters (sumi-e, diffuse, spatter & dark strokes).
Changed the eye colors and lipstick colors on both girls and added more eye make-up (mascara).
Used different blending modes and lowered the opacities on the eye colors and lipstick colors.
