A walk in the park, or the road to hell? Very symbolic, and beautiful in its simplicity. Maybe a metaphor for life; what's easy for one, is a burden to the other.

I follow your eyes
Inviting me through the passage
Of your life, of your possibilities.
I follow your light,
Carrying your encouragement
On foot, or by wing
Through the clouds or the briars.
For I am never alone,
But always in the company
With you, my true friend.

Sublime composition. Love the contrast, too. v

I agree with my new student Charu, who sees this image as a pathway to the moon -- to me, it is all about a journey through an alien world. Your diagonal boardwalk leads us across a dark and steamy landscape, inviting us to imagine what might lie just over the hill.

Nicely composed, but a tad too dark for my taste.
Cheers, Jorma.

Oh yes, atmosphere!!

a neatly paved path to the moon?! I like the stark feel of the scape despite the thick clouds - b&w was a good choice...

I like the starkness here in the contrasty image...lovely 'solid' balance to it.
