I ask for certainty and your eyes fumble doubt.I ask for clarity and you reveal the multitude.I ask for a truth and you just laugh parody in my face.A muse, a charlatan, a god, the difference is merely relative.

Be it the pov, the reflection, or even the title, everything is so compelling. The light and the dof are beautifully captured too. A great tribute. And a masterful shot, playing with our eyes and our mind over and over again. Do I see you or myself? Not sure, but I'm determined to keep finding and discovering... Raising my hand and putting it over my eyes, searching now :-)

An image that demands attention, and that attention is well rewarded. Super.

Kal, this is wonderful! You made a very strong image related to the Pirandello's idea. Your image is powerful aesthetically, graphically. Light shines on the borders of the inner frame. And on the windows where you are reflected too. Fantastic.

I looked and looked but I couldn't see YOU in there ;)

Great composition... and tribute. Don't know very well L.Pirandello, but the 100.000 idea's is, I think, that "we are what the others made of us... our identity is an apparence and if the others didn't recognize us, we died... we only live with the idea the others have about us... and, then, every personnal quest is a failure because it's the other's thought which create our character..."
Well... it's true that we can never see ourselves as the others see us... and then where is the truth : in our feeling, our vision or in the other's eyes!?!... So, it's a very interesting point of view, a little bit pessimistic, which raise so much issues... that we can talk hours, month, years about that!;) Thanks for the philosophical moment (and, once more, excellent illustration!;)
