From this one we can write a million stories at least... Well seen

I also like this image a lot, Kal. Your pictures shows real moments in Shanghai.

The caption kind of makes the shot. Well done.

For my eyes, the man of the right is the main character because of the V structure which capted the eyes...
Very nice composition and illustration.

Great shot - composition is excellent, and I love the study of two characters. One is content to sit and just stare as he waits, while the other needs the distraction of cell phone.

Art of waiting... I love this title.
Your image speaks also about that.

The building is in a state of change. And judging from the responses of the two men who wait before it, a little change might be good for them as well.

There they were! Helplessly caught in the wicker of their own demise.Exhausted, pondering, fidgeting with their limbs and minds for an escape. But why should they have one? It would only be an exchange of one set of perils for another. This is what I thought as a young boy looking at two mice in the bottom of a wicker basket. This is what God laughs at everyday, with mousemen cornered in their own little a-mazed circumstances.Among their walls of all kinds.

What a curious study of the traditional and the contemporary --- one sits on a stoop, smoking the ubiquitous cigarette; the other stands, dialing the ubiquitous cellphone. Again, another brilliant image!!!

Yes effective capture and get the feel of fast change in your part of the world.

Very nice work. It reminds me of waiting for the DMV, department of motor vehicles, to open, or waiting in line at the bank, or for a bus in the city.

Good work Kal, the bus signs buried in the construction which nowadays takes place everywhere in Shanghai. People have to keep up with the speed of city's development. They look tired, but it is still good to have a moment for their own.
