The same Stan, but not allowed so much in banqueting anymore...too much liver damage ;-)

I had to drink Moutai in in China in about 1995. At that time it was like a cross between keorsene and white gas. How does it taste now?

Looked at the way it's made Kal, I think I'll give it a miss : +{ Great shot. Dougie.

If I saw that here in Canada, I would think it was used as a cleaning chemical. Buddy sure looks relaxed though. Regards Kal.

You probably just started drinking, else this photo wouldn't have been so damn good!.
Kal Khogali14-Dec-2005 05:59
Heh! Heh! Not really drinking it Jen, a joke between my wife and I. I hate the stuff, and yes usually in a small glass, buut that was never going to show up in the picture...by the way I have seen it drunk out of something that big, and the guy looked grey afterwards..;-)

I think this drink is pretty heavy....Hope the one you are having is not MOUTAI----Chinese people don't drink that way, they use tiny cups..:) Is that out of focused world, you will see after you finish that drink?
Kal Khogali14-Dec-2005 05:22
No Jeff, I actually had to stop down one stop from f4 to f5.6 to get more detail of the glass. ;-) K

I love it! What a great, creative capture. The man looks very well relaxed! I could use a drink of this right about now. Curious - was the out-of-focus background enhanced in PS?
Guest 14-Dec-2005 01:07

Guest 14-Dec-2005 00:32
This is so good!!
Guest 14-Dec-2005 00:28
Nice product photography! out of focus background adds magic to the picture.
Guest 14-Dec-2005 00:24
LOL! well done, I laugh too.
Your decision to place you out of focus is really effective.
Guest 13-Dec-2005 16:19
