ohhhh spooky stuff! not sure how you've done it, almost looks like its been scanned in, really like the noise (wish i had isa 3200!)...excellent stuff! im going to try and get round to doing more bits and bobs like this...dark is good! keep it spooky!
It's all in the length of those shadows, Kal. The longer the shadow, the more sinister the image becomes.
See the Viennese night shots in Carol Reed's classic 1949 film "The Third Man" -- I still remember the
long shadows on the street. Or was it on the walls? Anyway, here is a link to the film itself:
;-) Always the one to make the point Alem ;-) I don't know if you have visited Adam's work, but it blew me away...anyway, his comment kind of made me think of this image. I just happened to be on the dark side physically here, and maybe in the sense that this will be another one of my images that some people feel is sinister. But you are right, the same scene, standing at the other end and well...it is all different...thanks for the very good point, you know I like it.
