There are so many expressive elements to this. 1) why are the doors cabled shut? 2) what's the walkie-talkie for? 3) why is his shirt off? 3) what does the sign over his head say? It feels fairly voyueristic in it's composition - like he's a zoo animal on "display" for those passing by.
