Had a shoot with an amazing up and coming model and she had this little one with her. She kept saying to me, "What about me?" So... during outfit changes I snapped a few. I think she is made for it!

I love how the light shines through the petals. The flowers last so long. I have it by my tub where I can see it every day and it gets some nice moisture from the shower. Hope I can keep it very happy.

Great Birthday party for my daughter Mindy. Her Husband and sister-in-law planned an absolutely beautiful sit down dinner for her. It was amazing. All food was made by Chef Anna and was extraordinaire!

Oh my gosh, poor little Lucy! She is terrified. Madi never took her hands off of her but she is still scared. We tried to teach her where the steps are so she could get out if she ever falls in. No such luck. She is such a twit, she has already fallen in twice. Thank God Carla was home to rescue her.

Another Mosquito Hawk must have tried to take on the cat. He lost. I sure hope it was a quick death. I must rescue and carry outside at least one of these a week. The cat just will not leave them alone. Poor guy.

The ducks are back and they are helping to wreak havoc on the pool. It is getting more and more like a pond every day and I keep saying all I need are some lilly pads and frogs. I wouldn't be surprised if a few move on up from out of the creek soon.

I planted these 16 years ago as just a bare root twig. It has grown so large and beautiful. It doesn't get the proper care but just keeps growing. It doesn't produce as it would if someone knew what they were doing but it sure is a lovely plant.

Oh I do love Spring! I wanted to wait and catch all of these little blooms opened at one time but what I didcovered was that they actually open one at a time and then never seem to reopen.

What a fun event to cover. There were all ages, heights, weights, national origins, but all women, joining together in solidarity to raise funds for a worthy cause, get some exercise, and have a lot of fun. Just the photography kicked my butt without the run!

Great time with my little niece teaching her how to sew. My grandma taught me when I was 8 years old. Liz had a blast and wanted to know if we can do it again tomorrow. I think we have a seamstress in the making.

I watched as this man tried to con these tourist from Germany out of some money. Said he lost his $200 sunglasses and was so sad. Didn't really seem like a good story to get sympathy with to me. My sunglasses are $5.00 and I am not homeless. I just couldn't feel too sorry. I did end up buying him some breakfast at Anthony's though.

Love this little coffee maker given to me by my daughter. The cute little filter is a piece of flannel so nice and frosty white. I have been warned that it will never look like that again after it brews the first cup.

Walking through the Common Area in Meadowview and we came upon this unlikely find. Makes me want to do a whole shoot out there around this idea. A romantic dinner by candle light would be fun. I think the generator to light the chandelier might ruin the mood!

I found this unusual relection of light in my room very interesting. I never did figure out just what was causing it. I have never seen it before or since. Just caught my attention and gave me something to think about.

My oldest received Umpire of the year and got to go back to Oklahoma and umpire at Nationals. She has loved sports since she was very small and she is very good at them.
