After seeing a Georgia Travel brochure about the largest original-site covered bridge in the state, my friend Warren
and I set to photograph the covered bridge, just east of Athens, Ga. The bridge spans the South Fork River at 229 feet
in length. We stopped along the way to catch some local scenery and a quick trip to Elberton, Ga. to see some granite.
