I've been watching this Doe for the past 2 years and she is looking worse every time I see her. I don't know what is wrong with her but she has been very thin from the first time I saw her. Her fawns (a pair last year and only one this year) are also a lot thinner then the other fawns. I think I have more shots of her in my Dear Deer gallery. Now, while all the other deer are nice and plump after ample food supplies, this girls hips and ribs show and her legs are pencil thin. The only thing that looks well fed is her stomach. Somehow I think she eats a lot but isn't getting the nutrition. I hope she is not in pain.
