This was the pre-trip to the Indonesian Island of Borneo. The main draw here was the rain forest where we got to see Orangutans. Borneo is one of only two islands (Sumatra being the other), where Orangutans can still be seen in the wild. We traveled by boat up the Sekonyer River to an eco-lodge, where feeding stations were set up along the river to help in the conservation of these animals.
