An Icelandic Horse Show | The Northern Lights | Whale Watching | Siglufjördur | The Akureyri Botanic Gardens

Siglufjördur

Siglufjördur is the northernmost town in Iceland. It also used to be the herring capital of Iceland's herring industry, until the large herring processing ships took that away. We visited a museum there that showed how the town looked and worked in the early 1900s.
