Also known as the Tiger Balm Gardens, this Chinese mythology theme park was built by a the wealthy inventors of Tiger Balm in the thirties. It's one of Singapore's most quirky attractions, especially the "Ten Courts of Hell" where the most gruesome dioramas are to be found. I visited in 2013, arriving at via eponymous MRT station nearby. Despite rumours of an impending demise, the construction of a new MRT station tells us this tacky place will be around for quite some time. Highly recommended!
