Hi there,
I'm not sure how I stumbled accross your gallery but I had to tell you that I am having the best afternoon looking through your pictures !

I love architecture as well but this is also a trip down memory lane for me- about 8 years ago I lived in the Lower Haight, between Steiner & Fillmore - I kept hoping maybe I would see a picture of the old house I lived in, it was kind of a dump then, so Im not surprised it wouldnt be one you would single out :). I hope it is ok, I printed out the picture of "O'Looney's" I looked out on that store from my bedroom window for a year and have fond memories of the place. It looks so much better now, the paint job is amazing! All these homes, shops and neighborhoods have brought back such great memories. Thanks for posting these, Like I said, I'm not even sure how I stumbled accross them I was looking for a picture of a band that a friend put up somewhere - but this was a great detour and I have thoroghly enjoyed your efforts, thanks :)

I'll have to bookmark this and check back again, I had forgotten how great San Francisco can be. If you happen to have any other pictures of that block that you didn't bother to post, I would love to see them, if it wasn't an inconvenience. Regardless, you have great pictures which captivated me and I had to thank you. Take care!
