The corner of Clay and Drumm Streets used to be the location of the off ramps to the Embarcadero freeway. The 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake damaged the Embarcadero freeway, so it was torn down. Today, this park is full of beautiful trees, flowers and birds and it brings me much joy every time I walk through it.
