325th Airborne Infantry Regiment

1950's (Unauthorized).

The unit was assigned to the Eighty-second Airborne
Division. The design is an embroidered replica of the
distinctive insignia of the unit. The shield is white
and blue, the infantry colors. The blue disk in the chief
is from the shoulder-sleeve insignia of the Eighty-Second
Airborne Division and is charged with the white temple
from the state seal of Georgia, where the regiment was
allocated while allotted to the Organized Reserves.
The blue cross of Lorraine indicates heavy service
in World War I. The motto is, "Let's Go."
