316th Logistical Command
Worn from:
17 November 1954 - 13 October 1960.
The compass rose alludes to the ability of the command to move,
quarter, and provision armies at any point of the compass.
The fleur-de-lys, which traditionally is used at the north point
of the compass, also represents the iris, the state flower of
Tennessee, the birthplace and location of the unit.
