508th Airborne Infantry Regiment

Worn as a Pocket Patch from:
October 1942 - November 1946 (Unauthorized).
Pocket Patch Inactivated 22 March 1957

Although this patch was (Unauthorized), it is an
original patch most likely worn locally.

The design is of a red devil with parachute.
In one hand he holds a grenade and in the other
a tommy gun.

World War II
(Normandy, Rhineland, Ardennes-Alsace, Central Europe).
