Caledonian Railway luggage barrow, Stirling Station

I believe this to be a genuine Caledonian Railway (CR) luggage barrow, 'displayed' on the roof of the W.H. Smith bookstall! A remarkable survivor if it is genuine… the CR ceased to exist in 1923!
