Andrew Barclay, Sons & Co Ltd 0-4-0ST DRAKE (works no.2086 of 1940) stands at the Rutland Railway Museum near Cottesmore on a glorious 29 August 1999. 'Drake' is believed to have been supplied new to Stewart & Lloyds Ltd's Newport Tube Works in Monmouthshire (later part of British Steel Corporation). Following this site's closure in the early 1970s 'DRAKE' was preserved by the Dowty Railway Preservation Society at Ashchurch in Gloucestershire, being noted there by March 1976. The site closed down in the early 1980s and by January 1989 'DRAKE' had moved to the Rutland Railway Museum.
