Get as many people with Street Drinking Permits together and take a picture. Whoever submits the picture containing the most VISIBLE Street Drinking Permits will get to choose which Charity Half of the donations will go to.
In the event of a tie....the tie breaker will be most creative location as determined by a panel of judges.
