I was travelling by taxi, as I'd missed the bus, and my driver suggested a detour to this living temple. I stupidly asked the priest who showed me around, how long he had been one - he was born a priest, being of the Brahmin caste. For a whole two months I'd managed to avoid sticking a dot or bindi on my head, but I broke my duck here.
