Hsipaw

I caught the train to lovely Hsipaw in the Shan State. It's a great place with super-friendly people, and I could have stayed much longer than I did.

Hi Serina. I was born in Maymyo in 1936 & left in 1938 to go to Malaya ( my father was in the British Colonial service at the time.). I am going to Myanmar in December & plan to make a day trip to Mandalay & Maymyo. Any tips? I would like to find the hospital where I was born if possible & generally look around.
