Dover Castle

I took a little outing to Dover Castle for their Mediaeval Falconry event - a good excuse to try out my new camera and 70-300 lens.

Good Photos! I visited Dover Castle in the early 70's when I was stationed at RAF Bentwaters. There was a falconer and several falcons posted at our base; it was fascinating that in these modern times we are still relying on a practise originating thousands of years ago.
