Shrimp Boat on Wheels

Am posting very early today. The air conditioning and cooling men are here to change out our entire system because of mold from Hurricane Katrina (only 11 months ago). I got on the work order list in November. There is great demand for tradesmen and costs have doubled and tripled since the hurricane.
Because of our extreme heat, 99 degrees yesterday, they began work at 6 a.m. I feel sorry for them having to work in our attic removing and replacing ductwork. We have a very low ceiling in the attic so it takes the smaller men to work in it.

That's a great shot. Do you have a knew camera ? Have I missed something along the way ? I see your exif details are not there these days.

Terrific capture Colleen. It's been hot up here (100 F a few days ago) also, but fortunately our A/C equipment this far north isn't in the attic. (Since the forced air system blows heat more than cool the ductwork is in the floors to allow the air to rise.) Hope they get it done right and you can get back to cool.

Nice shooting.
The lack of good tradsesman is being felt in many areas in this country.
Their numbers are dwindling and the need for them is increasing.
And as you pointed out, much of their work is hard.
