Old Butterfly

I was going to have a grand time in the Botanical Garden at City Park, all by myself with the flora, and the skies opened up and I had to run for cover so the camera wouldn't get wet. We need the rain, however. And, I can go back tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow...
The Garden is absolutely beautiful with all the spring flowers in full bloom. What a shame there is no one to see them.

Super capture of the monarch. He really stands out against that white flower and green foilage. Good move to keep your camera dry. I pack a big ziplock baggie in my camera case. :)
