Charles Joseph Perilloux, Sr. (my oldest brother)

Baton Rouge, Louisiana

My oldest brother, Charles, age 92 years old. He worked on the building of the Bonnet Carre' Spillway as a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps, a program founded during the Great Depression to give employment to people and to develop programs in the United States.
Sadly, he burned to death in a fire that consumed his house early on the morn of December 13, 2006.
And, ohhhh, how he loved to dance, especially to Cajun and Zydeco music.

I am saddened that your heart is blue, and I am glad I am able to spend time with you.

I just know he's up there telling St. Peter what's wrong with the Pearly Gates.
