Lakeview in New Orleans

My friend who was widowed at an early age raised her four children in this house. She retired not too long ago as a pathologist. Notice the water mark on the house.
Only a handful of residents have returned to the thousands of houses in Lakeview.

NO, THE NINTH WARD IS ONE OF THE POOREST SECTIONS OF TOWN. THIS IS ONE OF THE RICHEST. BUT IF YOU WERE HERE NOW, YOU WOULD HARDLY BE ABLE TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE.
