Just in time for the sixth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, C. Ray Nagin, the man who was mayor at the time, released his book which is his take on the situation.
The man who was the most powerful man in New Orleans and who could have done such great things following the disaster, spent the majority of his days saying "poor me" and blaming everyone for the slow recovery of the City.
The book reveals the true C. Ray Nagin, a man who carries a huge chip on his shoulder, a man who is unhappy, and all the reasons why New Orleans is just now getting up off her knees from the tragedy.
Many people say they would not give him the satisfaction of buying this book, but I wanted to see exactly what his reason were for the lack of leadership.
