Bayou LaBranche near Lake Pontchartrain

This is all part of our coastal erosion, something that he U. S. Army Corps of Engineers refuses to address.

Well captured image Coleen. Too bad the authorities don't do something about this erosion of shoreline.

The low sun illuminates this scene so wonderfully. A captivating scene with that intense blue sky and the distant clouds.

Sad to lose these majestic trees. The rain bands in the distance add a great back drop for your subjects! V

Wow....a beautiful scene but salt water can ruin the trees. Have seen it a lot in Galveston too from the hurricane down there. Still a beautiful image!

Was this due to a hurricane? That's too bad as I love the color, clouds, and reflections!
