Brand new CNR SD70M-2 leads G883 and 153 cars near English, AB, on the Edson subdivision. CNR started testing DPU grain trains in late 2007 with 150 cars and three units in a 2 by 1 configuration between Edmonton, AB and Prince Rupert, BC. This soon followed with similar sized trains to the port of Vancouver, BC.
