Kiawe blossoms (Prosopis alpataco)

Kiawe (Hawaiian) is also known as mesquite (Southwest USA), divi-divi (West Indies), and algaroba (Spanish).
Honey from these blossoms is said to rival any other in the world.
The trees were initially introduced into Hawaii from Peru in the 1920s to provide cattle food because of the nutritious pods.

Great arrangement of whites for a Gallery. I like how you captured this bee on this blossom. Beautiful DOF.
