According to Kepler, the plumeria are tropical American plants and the name P. rubra is given regardless of color.

These are so beautiful, Selvin - a wonderful composition. And thanks to this gallery I 've learned the name of the white bird of paridise. I took pictures of them while visiting in Florida, but didn't know what they were. Thanks, too, for your recent comments in my galleries. Bev
